8.5. Restaurant responsibilities as data controllers:

Restaurants are responsible for securing customer data and must not misuse it for unauthorized purposes.

Business account data is retained for 10 years or as required by applicable regulations.
Reviews and ratings may be publicly displayed indefinitely unless removal is requested.

9.1. Our Platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 16 in the EEA or under 13 in the United States.
